I'm really surprised the NCAA hasn't moved that site.

I know the tournament locations are planned years in advance, but Portland is still a mess. Tourism is way down there, and they continue to have major issues with vandalism, street violence, etc. Not a place most basketball fans from out of town will want to visit.
